Señora Locke was born and raised in Havana, Cuba where she graduated with a bachelor’s in social studies and a master’s degree in education. She became a teacher in 1994 in Cuba and started teaching in USA in 2018. She has a passion for making her students success in learning a second language. One of her highest accomplishments is that 86% of her AP students in high school passed their college exams and got their college credits. She loves to dance and makes her classes diverse, interesting, and a real-life experience. Her other passions are her three sons and two grandsons. She is Bok Academy sponsor for the Sociedad Hispanica de Amistad "Los caballeros hispanos" and the Dancing Club.
