Mr. Herman was born in Illinois, raised in Pennsylvania, and has lived in Lake Wales since 1989. He graduated from Geneva College with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and worked most of his career in manufacturing and Human Resources management. Mr. Herman has been a Bok Knight since 2016. Mr. Herman is also a SAG-AFTRA eligible actor, having appeared in commercials, television, film, as well as radio and theater.
